RBC Community Ambassadors are recognized for making a difference and giving back to the communities where they play. Each Ambassador is celebrated at an RBC Game Night* and will be honoured by a donation from RBC to a school in their local community.
SJHL fans will be able to vote online for the RBC Community Ambassador of their choice to be honoured as the recipient of the RBC Community Award at the end of the SJHL regular season. This additional honour is accompanied by an additional donation from RBC in the player’s name to a school in their local community.
Brayden’s $1,000 donation from RBC will go to Humboldt Public School in Humboldt, SK.
According to the Broncos, the Kelowna, BC native “is a 2nd-year Humboldt Bronco who has always shown a strong connection to the community.
“He is driven and committed with overwhelming exuberance to care and give back to the fans that cheer him and his teammates on every game. Brayden has been a mainstay in all of the Humboldt Broncos community initiatives. Those Include: Sunday Rec Hockey – Visiting Schools and Lunch Programs – Serving at Humboldt Soup Kitchen – Visiting with residents at St. Mary’s Villa, the Elizabeth Retirement Community, and Humboldt District Hospital. – Special Olympic Floor Hockey – Music Nights at Futuristic Industries.
